I just finished figuring out the points for my Crusader Knight Titan. I used the Vehicle Design Rules from Games Workshop's 2001 CHAPTER APPROVED publication (with inspiration from Forgeworld's Titan Rules, the
- PICK TYPE: Walker (0pts)
- PICK SIZE: War Machine (0pts)
- PICK ARMOR: F:14 (30pts) S:12 (2x20=40pts) R:11 (20pts) so... (30+40+20=90pts)
- OPEN TOPPED OR FULLY ARMORED: Fully Armored (0pts)
- WORK OUT SPEED: Agile (30pts)
- PICK WEAPONS: Vulcan Cannon {modified Heavy Bolter} Range = 54" S:6 AP:3 Heavy 3D3-3, Primary Weapon and AA Mount {allows the weapon to shoot at flyers using it's normal BS} (Heavy Bolter 20pts, Gatling Weapon +150%, Long Barrel +50%, Mega Weapon +150%, Slower Rate of Fire {-3 shots} -75%, and AA Mount +50% so... 20x4.25=85pts) Executioners Blade {Titan Close Combat Weapon} +3A, Destroyer and Primary Weapon (120pts) and Twin-Linked Heavy Bolter Range = 36" S:5 AP:4 Heavy 3 (Heavy Bolter 20pts, Twin-Linked +50% so... 20x1.5 = 30pts)
- WORK OUT CHARACTERISTICS: Adeptus Titanicus crew WS:4 BS:4 S:5 I:3 A:1(+3) (0pts)
- PICK SPECIAL OPTIONS: 2 Imperial Void Shields (70pts), Orbital Lander (30pts) and Souped-Up Engine {War machines and walkers with souped-up engines always count as being agile and use that speed when figuring up the COST OF SPEED}
- STRUCTURE POINTS: 2 (100pts)
- WORK OUT POINTS COST: 90+30+85+120+30+70+30+100=555pts
- WORK OUT VEHICLE CATEGORY: Super Heavy Walker
